After 30 minutes of intensive mixing, pour the resulting thick, whipped mass into a large, deep saucepan and place the container on a saucepan with boiling water so that the bottom of the saucepan is half immersed in water. Turn the stove temperature up to a level between medium and high. We arm ourselves with a whisk and continuously stirring the egg-honey mixture with kitchen utensils, boil it until it thickens and changes color from a light yellow tint to a golden hue. Without waiting for the thickened mass to cool, we begin to introduce sifted wheat flour into it. We act slowly, spoon by spoon, while kneading the dough.

The texture should be very soft, but at the same time not stick to your hands. Therefore, we do not add all the flour, we focus on the dough. Sometimes you need 2.5 cups of flour, sometimes 3 cups, it all depends on its quality, grinding and variety.

After kneading, set the dough aside, cover the saucepan with a kitchen towel so that there is a small gap left, and let the hot dough cool slightly and set, it will be enough 10 minutes. During this time it will become thicker.

Step 5: Roll out the cakes

After 10 minutes, take the slightly cooled dough, roll it into a sausage and, using a kitchen metal spatula, divide the semi-finished flour product into 8 - 10 equal parts. Then take 1 piece of dough and place it on the countertop, sprinkled with a small layer of wheat flour. Cover the rest of the dough with a kitchen towel to prevent it from drying out.

Using a rolling pin, roll out a portion of the dough into a layer up to 5 - 6 millimeters thick. Then we place a round cutting board on the layer and cut out an even circle from it. We wrap it around the rolling pin, transfer it to a non-stick baking sheet, previously covered with a sheet of baking paper, and level the circle of dough with our hands so that it is without wrinkles.

Step 6: bake the cakes

We check whether the oven has warmed up to the desired temperature and only after that we place the baking sheet with the still raw cake into it. We bake the cake base for 5 - 7 minutes, during this time we roll out the second layer of dough and also form an even circle from it. After the required time has passed, open the stove, use a kitchen spatula to remove the finished cake from the baking sheet, transfer it to a cutting board and place it on the kitchen table. Using a rolling pin, transfer the second, round layer of dough to a baking sheet, level it with your hands and bake until completely cooked. Prepare the base for the cake until the dough runs out. Under no circumstances should hot cakes be stacked on top of each other, otherwise they will stick together! Place a container under the mixer blades, turn on the device at medium speed and mix the ingredients for 10 minutes.

Then increase the speed of the kitchen appliance to high speed and beat the cream for another 7 - 10 minutes until airy.

Step 8: Form the Cake

Now place 1 cooled cake layer on a cutting board, place a couple of tablespoons of cream on it and distribute the sweet butter mass along the entire perimeter of the base using a kitchen knife.

3 eggs,
