Savoyardi cookies according to Dukan:

  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Corn starch - 20 g
  • Gluten - 30 g
  • Sweetener - to taste (I have 2 scoops of Fitparad)
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp (without slide)
  • Soda - 1/3 tsp
  • Citric acid - 1/4 tsp
  • Vanillin - to taste

Cream:

  • - 250 g
  • Skimmed milk - 250 g
  • Sweetener - to taste (I have Fitparad 2 scoops)
  • Corn starch - 20 g
  • Aromik "Tiramisu" - 3-4 drops

For impregnation:

  • Strong coffee - 200 g

For sprinkling:

  • Cocoa without DOP - 1-2 tsp

I want to show you the structure inside - light, porous, crispy.

We brew strong coffee from 200 g of water and 2-3 tsp. with a slide of natural coffee. You can sweeten it if you wish.

We cool. This can be done ahead of time to optimize the process.

We strain the thick.

Cooking cream. It can be warm when assembling Tiramisu - there is no oil in it, there is nothing to melt.

Mix 250 g of milk with starch and sweetener.

We put in the microwave at full power according to the scheme:

  1. First you need to prepare a sweet, strong coffee, which should have time to cool.
  2. Next, we proceed to the preparation of the test. First you need to separate the protein from the yolks of the eggs.
  3. You need to beat the whites thoroughly, perhaps use a blender or mixer. Next, beat the yolks, adding sweetener to them. Then add starch and mix well. You should get a thick mass.
  4. Gently fold the egg whites into the resulting mass. We mix everything well. The tiramisu dough is ready.
  5. Now you need to prepare the cake pan. Distribute the dough evenly. And send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees. The cooking time of the cake will be 10-15 minutes.
  6. We take out the finished cake and cut it into pieces.
  7. The next step is to prepare the cream. First you need to prepare the lemon zest. To do this, on the smallest grater, we rub the skin from the lemon. Then we prepare the curd. In order to prepare a curd dessert, you need to prepare granular or dry cottage cheese.
  8. Add all the ingredients for the cream into a bowl for a blender (or a bowl where you will beat with a mixer) and mix everything thoroughly. Ultimately, your consistency should resemble liquid sour cream.
  9. We take the cakes, soak them in coffee and put them on the form. Then lay down a layer of cream. And so we continue to alternate until you run out of cookies and cream. On the very last layer should be cream.
  10. We let our tiramisu brew for 2-3 hours and can be served. It turns out very tasty. For decoration, you can garnish with cocoa before serving.

  • 4 tbsp. l. sweetener;
  • 1/4 st. water with coffee
  • gelatin.

So, we proceed to the preparation of "cookies", which will be cakes for dessert:

  1. First you need to mix all the dry ingredients for the cake. Then add cheese and milk, mix thoroughly.
  2. Mix the egg whites until foamy and add to the batter. We mix everything. We put your cake in the oven, which should be preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Next, you need to let the cakes cool and divide into three parts.
  4. To make the impregnation, you need to mix all the ingredients. Then we prepare the cream.
  5. We take gelatin and soak in cool water, then pour boiling coffee into it. We mix everything well. Add cheese and sweetener to the mass.
  6. When everything is ready, you can create a tiramisu cake. You need to soak each cake with impregnation and lay out: a layer of cake, a layer of cream. Garnish with cocoa if desired. We are waiting for the cake to soak and you can eat.

  • sugar substitute to taste.

For cream:

  • 250 g of yogurt with a fat content of 0%;
  • 3 eggs;
  • sugar to taste.

Cooking process:

  1. First you need to make cookies. To do this, in a separate bowl you need to mix all the ingredients.
  2. Then pour the resulting mixture into a glass or silicone mold and place in the microwave. Cooking time depends on the power of the microwave and averages 5-7 minutes.
  3. Prepare sweet coffee. Remove the resulting cake from the microwave and cut into small pieces, each of which is dipped in coffee.
  4. Prepare the cream: separate the yolks from the whites, beat the latter with a mixer until stable peaks.
  5. Mix the yolks with yogurt and sweetener, put the proteins to the yolks and mix gently.
  6. Put a layer of cream in a bowl, then pieces of cookies and cream again on top. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. During this time, the cookies will soak and become tender and juicy.

Peculiarity! If you are in the Alternation phase, then for more bright taste Dessert can be sprinkled with fat-free cocoa.

With bran and gelatin

This dessert can be prepared from the third stage of the Dukan diet. The cooking time takes about an hour, but it's worth it. Low-calorie tiramisu according to this recipe will appeal to all family members and will look no less appetizing than in the photo above.

For the crust:

  • egg - 3 pcs.;
  • oat bran (ground into flour) - 2 tablespoons;
  • corn starch and wheat bran, 1 tbsp each;
  • milk 0.5% - 75 ml;
  • SOM - 1 tbsp;
  • baking powder - 0.5 tsp;
  • cocoa without dopov - 0.5 tsp;
  • sweetener to taste.

You also need to prepare a cup of strong coffee (instant or natural) sweetened with a sweetener in advance.

How to cook:

  1. Separate whites from yolks. Beat egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Mix the yolks thoroughly with all other ingredients.
  3. Add the whites to the yolks and mix gently so that the whites do not settle.
  4. Pour into two molds and bake in the oven at 180 degrees. The baking time is about 15 minutes.
  5. Cool the cakes. One of them needs to be cut into strips, approximately 1.5x6.5 cm.
  6. Soak the strips in sweet coffee.

For the soufflé:

  • soft fat-free cottage cheese - 0.5 kg;
  • gelatin or agar-agar - 15 gr;
  • egg whites - 3 pcs.;
  • milk 0.5% - 0.5 tbsp.;
  • sweetener, vanillin and coffee remaining from cakes.

To prepare the soufflé, it is vanillin that is used, and not vanilla sugar.

How to cook:

  1. Pour gelatin with milk and heat over low heat until completely dissolved.
  2. Mix the resulting mass with cottage cheese and coffee.
  3. Add vanilla and sugar.
  4. Beat egg whites with a mixer or whisk until stable peaks.
  5. Gently mix both masses so that the proteins do not settle.

Now it remains to assemble the dessert:

  1. Prepare a form.
  2. Pour half of the soufflé into it, spread the strips soaked in coffee on top.
  3. Put the second half of the soufflé on the strips and cover with a whole cake.
  4. Place in refrigerator for 4 hours.
  5. During this time, the tiramisu will soak well. Before serving, the form should be turned over, and the cake will easily come out of it. You can decorate the dessert with fat-free cocoa and a sprig of mint.

From Savoyardi for Alternation

Savoiardi are biscuit sticks, the recipe of which was developed specifically for the Dukan diet. They are prepared, like tiramisu itself, simply. The taste is tender, the dessert is completely saturated with coffee and cream. There is only one drawback in such sweetness - it is eaten very quickly!


Required ingredients for Savoyardi:

  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 30 g of gluten;
  • 20 g of corn starch;
  • sahzam (not liquid) and vanillin to taste;
  • citric acid - ¼ tsp;
  • salt to taste;
  • soda ⅓ tsp

How to cook:

  1. Separate whites from yolks.
  2. Add salt, citric acid and sugar to the proteins. Beat until firm peaks.
  3. Mix the yolks with a mixer with soda, vanilla and starch.
  4. Add the whites to the yolks and mix gently with a spoon so that the whites do not settle.
  5. Transfer the resulting dough into a pastry bag or plastic bag. In the bag, you need to cut off the corner so that you get a hole with a diameter of about 1.5 cm.
  6. Squeeze the sticks onto a paper-lined baking sheet. The length of the sticks is not critical.
  7. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  8. Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Ready cookies need to be cooled.

For cream:

  • milk 0.5% or completely skimmed - 1 tbsp.;
  • dietary mascarpone - 250 g;
  • food flavoring "Tiramisu" - 2-4 drops;
  • corn starch - 20 g.

How to cook:

  1. Mix milk in a saucepan with sweetener and starch.
  2. Place the saucepan over low heat and heat until thickened, stirring constantly. The consistency of the mass will resemble fatty sour cream.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat, add the mascarpone and mix with a whisk by hand.
  4. Add flavoring and mix again. The mass should be homogeneous.

For impregnation:

  • 3-4 tsp natural coffee;
  • 200 g of water;
  • sugar to taste.

How to cook:

  1. Brew coffee in the usual way.
  2. Cool down.
  3. Strain the thick with cheesecloth or a sieve.

Peculiarity! Instead of natural coffee, you can take instant coffee. The taste will not suffer much from this.

Also, for sprinkling diet tiramisu, you will need dopless fat-free cocoa.

All the ingredients are prepared, you can start assembling:

  1. Soak savoiardi in coffee. The cookies do not fall apart when wet, so the degree of impregnation is adjusted based on your own preferences.
  2. Prepare a mold and put a layer of soaked cookies in it.
  3. Lubricate with a thick layer of cream (⅓ of the resulting mass).
  4. Also, alternately, lay out two more layers of cookies and cream.
  5. Sprinkle generously with fat-free cocoa on top.
  6. Put in the refrigerator overnight.
  7. During the night, tiramisu will soak, become tender and fragrant, and in the morning you can already start tasting.
