Pork (pulp with fat) - 400-500 grams
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons

Cooking:

We wash the meat under running water, we get wet on all sides with a paper towel. I already mentioned that pork should be with a little fat - this will make the pancakes more juicy.

We clean the onion from the husk and wash it.

We pass the pork and onion through a meat grinder or chop with a blender, food processor (as in our case).

Wash the zucchini under running water. If the zucchini is young and the skin is thin, soft, you can not peel it. If the zucchini is old, then its peel is rough, thick, in which case it must be cut off. Also, the fibrous middle and seeds must be removed from the old zucchini.

We rub the vegetable on a medium grater (a combine is used in the recipe).

Minced meat, grated zucchini and flour combine and stir until smooth. If a combine is used, then this can be done using a dough kneading nozzle - as in our case. If desired, beat the eggs into the dough. Salt and season with pepper to taste.

The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream.
