Fruit pizza is an original version of a light cake with fruits and berries. It turns out incredibly tasty and very light - just the perfect dessert for a children's holiday. Let's take a look at how to make fruit pizza.

  • vegetable oil - 150 g;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • ripe banana - 2 pcs.;
  • flour - 1.5 tbsp.;
  • soda - a pinch;
  • - 200 g;
  • fresh fruits and berries - to taste.

Cooking

We light the oven in advance and heat it up to 180 degrees. In a bowl, combine vegetable oil with sugar. Peel the bananas and mash with a fork into a bowl. Next, mix the fruit mass with oil. In a separate bowl, combine the flour with salt and throw in the soda, and then pour the mixture into the banana mass. We knead the elastic dough, roll it into a thin layer and form the basis for our pizza. Then put it on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Cool the finished cake a little, coat with whipped cream and lay out fresh fruits and berries prepared in advance and cut into slices. Well, that's it, sweet simple fruit pizza is ready!

Sweet fruit pizza

Ingredients:

For test:

  • flour - 300 g;
  • milk - 200 ml;
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar - 100 g;
  • lemon zest - to taste;
  • hazelnuts - 0.5 tbsp.

For filling:

  • cottage cheese - 250 g;
  • canned peaches - 200 g;
  • blueberries - 200 g;
  • strawberries - 200 g;
  • vanillin - 1 tbsp. a spoon.

Cooking

Grind hazelnuts with a blender. Sift wheat flour in a deep container, add chopped walnuts, grated lemon zest and sugar to it. Mix everything well, add olive oil, add warm milk and knead a homogeneous dough. Then we form a ball out of it, wrap it in a film and send it for half an hour in the refrigerator. Next, roll it into a round thin cake, transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven. And this time we prepare the filling: beat vanilla sugar with cottage cheese in a blender. We wash the strawberries, cut into quarters, and chop the peaches into slices. On the finished cooled cake, first spread the curd mass in an even layer and put it in the oven for 15 minutes. Then we take out the workpiece, evenly spread the berries and fruits and serve the pizza to the table, enjoying its fabulous taste.

Fruit and berry pizza

Ingredients:

For test:

  • milk - 150 g;
  • yeast - 0.5 tsp;
  • flour - 250 g;
  • honey - 2 teaspoons;
  • orange peel - to taste;
  • olive oil - 2 teaspoons.

For filling:

  • - 200 g;
  • strawberries - 200 g;
  • cherry - 100 g;
  • apricots - 100 g;
  • blueberries - 50 g;
  • kiwi - 1 pc.;
  • blackcurrant jam - 100 g.

Cooking

First, let's make the dough for our pizza. We heat the milk so that it is warm and pour most of it into one bowl, and the rest into another. Put honey in the first bowl, stir until completely dissolved and pour in the yeast. Leave the dough for about 10 minutes to activate the yeast a little. Throw salt into the second container and mix. Next, sift the flour separately, add grated zest, pour in gently milk with yeast and milk with salt. We introduce olive oil, mix and knead the dough with your hands. Now we form a ball out of it, put it in a bowl and cover with a towel. We leave it for about half an hour to approach, and this time we proceed to the preparation of fruits for the filling. Peel the kiwi, cut in half and chop into small pieces. We break apricots and nectarines, remove the seeds and chop into slices. We tear off the tail of the strawberries and cut the berries into quarters. We wash the cherries and blueberries thoroughly, dry them and transfer all the fruits to a plate. Roll out the risen dough into a thin circle, transfer to a baking sheet and make punctures on all surfaces with a fork. We send the cake to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Then cool, grease with a thin layer of jam and spread evenly all the fruits and berries.

  • tangerines
  • bananas
  • blackberry

Filling

  • whipped cream
  • 1 sachet of pudding powder (or cream thickener)
  • 10 g vanilla

Cooking

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, walnuts, oatmeal and salt in a large bowl. Add butter to the mixture and mash it well with a fork.
  3. Put the resulting dough on a round baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Prick the dough with a fork in several places.
  5. Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Let cool completely.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together cool whipped cream and pudding powder (or thickener) with vanilla. Mix well, but not too much.
  7. Put the cream on the cake and decorate with your favorite fruit.

Fruit pizza with cottage cheese

Dough Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • 1/2 st. nuts
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp. l. lemon peel

Filling Ingredients

  • 200 g cottage cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l. sour cream
  • vanilla (to taste)
  • 2.5 st. l. Sahara
  • 700 g berries and fruits
  • 100 g ice cream

Cooking

  1. Sift flour, add chopped nuts, lemon zest and sugar. Mix well, add softened butter and milk. Knead the dough. Wrap the dough in cling film. Send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.
  2. Roll out the dough, put it in a round shape, greased with oil. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake 15 minutes.
  3. Whisk sugar, sour cream, vanilla and cottage cheese in a bowl. Spread the curd mass on the base in an even layer. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.
  4. When you take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool down a bit and garnish with sliced ​​fruit and ice cream.

Fruit pizza with strawberry sauce

Dough Ingredients

  • 650 g flour
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 12 g dry yeast
  • 3 art. l. olive oil
  • 300 ml water

Decoration Ingredients

  • 50 g pineapples
  • 50 g oranges
  • 50 g grapes

Cooking

  1. Preparing the dough: mix all the ingredients for the dough and knead it well. Leave in a warm place to rise.
  2. Prepare strawberry sauce: simmer strawberries in a saucepan over low heat until completely boiled. Add lemon juice and sugar, puree with a blender and add starch diluted in a small amount of water. Cook sauce until thickened.
  3. Cooking pizza: roll out the dough into a layer half a millimeter thick. Grease an ovenproof dish with oil. Put the dough in it. Brush with strawberry sauce. Lay out the fruit and fields with the rest of the sauce.
  4. Put the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees on the lower tier. Bake 15 minutes.

Main Ingredients:

  3. Chicken egg - 3 pieces.
  4. Milk (2.5% fat) - 60 g.
  5. Premium flour - 500 g.
  6. Baking powder for dough - 3 teaspoons.
  7. Salt - 1/3 teaspoon.
  8. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon.
  9. Orange peel - 1 teaspoon.
  10. Cream soufflé - 750 g.
  11. Cream cheese - 500 grams.
  12. Apples, peaches, apricots, bananas, plums, kiwi, pears, raspberries, currants, blackberries - to taste.

Dessert cooking

In order for the fruit pizza, the photo of which is presented above, to match the original, it is important to strictly adhere to the recipe.

In a container with high sides, add butter, sugar, vanilla and zest. Beat using a mixer. Add eggs one at a time, continuing the process. Sift flour into a bowl, mix with baking powder and salt. Combine two containers, knead until smooth. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lay out the dough, smooth to the brim, cover with a sheet of the same paper. Send to the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Divide the chilled dough in half, send one part back (can be used to prepare numerous desserts), roll out the second, put on a baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 150-160 degrees, bake the fruit pizza base for 15 minutes until a rich golden color of the cake appears. Take it out and wait for it to cool completely.

Beat cream soufflé and cream cheese with a mixer until a thick homogeneous mass. Spread evenly over the finished dough. Peel the fruit, cut into slices, put in a circle, filling the entire space of the pie. Berries "seat" in the cream in a chaotic manner.

The dish is cut into slices and served with tea, coffee, refreshing drinks.

Pizza without milk and eggs

The recipe for fruit pizza with a photo diversifies the everyday diet and will become an original addition to the festive table. The dish is seasonal, for its preparation you will need fresh fruits and berries.

Main Ingredients:

  1. Butter - 150 g.
  2. Sugar - 70 grams.
  3. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon.
  4. Salt - ¼ teaspoon.
  5. Premium flour - 350 grams.
  6. Banana - 2 pieces.
  7. Whipped cream - 200 grams.
  8. Fruits, berries - to taste.

Turn on the oven. The required temperature for baking fruit pizza is 170 degrees.

A few hours before the start of work, remove the butter from the refrigerator, achieve a soft consistency. Mix with sugar. Remove the peel from bananas, add to the components described above. Beat with a blender until smooth.

In a bowl, mix flour, soda and salt. Add the dry mixture to the wet creamy mass, stirring constantly. Start kneading the dough. In finished form, it should not be steep, clogged. Form a thin layer (no more than 1 centimeter in thickness), smooth with your hands or a rolling pin. In the classic version, fruit pizza is round, however, it is allowed to create a rectangular dish shape.

Prepare a baking sheet, grease a little with oil (you can use both creamy and vegetable). Lay out the crust. The oven will have reached the correct temperature by this time. The optimal baking time for pizza blanks is 10 minutes. The dough should brown a little.

Remove the finished cake, transfer to a paper towel, cool.

Lubricate the cold base with plenty of whipped cream, put slices of fruits and berries on top, previously washed and separated from the peel.

To indulge yourself with a bright tart in a cold winter, it is important to prepare more of the main ingredient - fruits. Most of them safely endure being in the freezer for 4-5 months and retain their original taste.

Sunday hello everyone! So the weekend is coming to an end, and I have another portion of yummy for you. Oh, and I like to experiment in the kitchen, especially with. Today, for example, I wanted to bake fruity sweet pizza. Well, what can I say - the experiment was a success! I suggest you treat yourself to a delicious piece of fragrant pizza! Fresh ideas in cooking, after all, no one has canceled

So, we will bake a sweet pizza with banana and prunes. For this we need:

  • pie dough 500 g;
  • 4 small bananas;
  • 150 g prunes;
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • Canned fruits (peaches or pineapples).

There is no cheese in this photo, but it is the main ingredient! Don't forget about it! Now about canned fruit: if you add pineapples to pizza, they will be a little harsh, so it is better to take soft fruits, such as peaches. But I did it differently. Do you think there are peaches or pineapples in the photo? No matter how! This zucchini Mom makes a wonderful compote of zucchini, it tastes like canned pineapples, but not so hard. By the way, I bought ready-made pizza dough - yeast pie dough. Because I didn't want too much fuss. So, first of all, we will wash the prunes well. Then cut it into small cubes. Like this:

Bananas are peeled and cut into slices. Approximately like this:

Lubricate a baking sheet with vegetable oil, or put baking paper. We distribute our dough in the form of a circle on a baking sheet. We put prunes in the first layer, then bananas, then pieces of canned fruit. Three cheese on a coarse grater and divide into two parts. Sprinkle the first half of the grated cheese over the pizza. We will leave the second half of the cheese for the future. We still need it. Pizza at this stage looks like this:

We heat the oven to 200 degrees. Bake pizza for 10-12 minutes, then turn off oven, but do not take out the cake. After a couple of minutes, opening the oven and pulling out the baking sheet, sprinkle the pizza with the remaining cheese. Close the oven for another minute. Everything! Now we can take our pizza out of the oven. As an addition to this dish, I recommend Maria's Golden Autumn fruit compote.
