  2. Soak dried mushrooms for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the water and cut them into slices.
  3. We cut fresh mushrooms into the same slices as dried ones.
  4. Put starch, sesame oil, sauces, water and garlic in a bowl. We mix everything.
  5. Pour vegetable oil into a hot wok pan, heat it up. Add chopped fresh mushrooms to the oil and fry them for about 3 minutes so that they give moisture.
  6. Add dried mushrooms to fresh mushrooms, fry the whole mixture for 5 minutes until brown.
  7. Take the pan off the fire. Mushrooms are sent to the products in a bowl, mix everything, grind into a homogeneous mass. The sauce is ready.

  • rice noodles - 100 grams;
  • mushrooms (champignons) - 5 pieces;
  • Beijing cabbage - half a head of cabbage;
  • zucchini - 1 piece;
  • chili pepper - 1 pod;
  • onions - 1 head;
  • ginger - 1 small root;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • soy sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • sesame oil - 1 tablespoon;
  • cilantro - 1 bunch;
  • peanuts - 1 pinch;
  • sugar - 1 teaspoon;
  • spices - to taste.

Let's move on to cooking:

  1. We clean all vegetables and cut into strips.
  2. We brew the noodles in boiling water, cool, drain the water.
  3. Take a wok pan and heat the sesame oil in it. Add finely chopped onion and garlic.
  4. We give the garlic and onions a little fry and report to them chopped chili peppers, ginger and Chinese cabbage. We heat 2 minutes.
  5. Add sugar to the soy sauce, stir and pour into the wok.
