Korean red beans

Ingredients: a full glass of red beans, 2 onions, 1 small. a spoonful of seasoning for carrots in Korean, 2 large spoons of refined oil, salt.

  1. Bean components are soaked in water overnight, and in the morning they are sent to boil. In the process, after the first 3 boils, the liquid in the pan changes.
  2. Ready beans are mixed with seasoning and salt.
  3. Onion cubes are sautéed in refined oil, after which, together with fat, they are transferred to the products from the second step.

  3. The meat is cooked until cooked, cooled and torn into fibers. It is sent to the rest of the products along with chopped cilantro.
  4. At the end, chopped nuts and small pieces of garlic are added to the bowl.

The ready-made Tbilisi salad is dressed with a mixture of oil, salt, vinegar and seasonings.
