To make pickled tomatoes with cilantro for the winter, you will need the following ingredients (for seven servings):

  • cilantro - one bunch;
  • tomatoes (fleshy varieties) - one kilogram;
  • olive oil - to taste;
  • garlic - one head;
  • salt, vinegar;
  • Bulgarian pepper - one thing;
  • sunflower oil;
  • green capsicum - one piece;
  • red capsicum - one piece;
  • sunflower oil.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Rinse all vegetables and cilantro well in water, dry with paper towels. Then cut the tomatoes into slices. But remember, they don't have to be big. Next, finely chop the garlic, and chop the cilantro. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
  2. Now you need to make a dressing from salt, oils and vinegar in a separate container. The amount of ingredients depends on your taste.
  3. Place a layer of tomatoes on the bottom of the jar, sprinkle with cilantro, slices of peppers, garlic. Fill with dressing. Place the remaining ingredients in the same order.
  4. Then leave the workpiece for five hours to marinate the tomatoes. From time to time, the jars must be shaken while mixing the ingredients.

The preparation time for such a yummy is about fifty minutes.

Please note that pickled tomatoes retain almost all the vitamins and minerals contained in the fruit. Thus, by using them, you will provide your body with useful substances. We prepare boiling water in a saucepan or teapot and pour vegetables in a jar with it. Cover it with a lid.


After a couple of minutes, pour the water into the pan. Pour salt and pour vinegar. We turn on the gas and look, the water boils, turn off the fire.


Pour cucumbers with cherry tomatoes with this water and twist the jar gently with a lid, or roll it up with a key, depending on which lid and jar.
For a couple of hours, the preservation will stand on the countertop and cool. Then put it in the basement for the winter.

Attention! A feature of this recipe is the complete absence of water. All ingredients are marinated in their own juices. The main preservative is spices and oils.

Canned tomatoes with cilantro. Step by step recipe

  1. Cut the tomatoes into slices.
  2. Pass the garlic through a blender, put all the greens with it.
  3. Cut sweet red pepper into cubes. Add to green mass.
  4. Dissolve flavors in oils to create a marinade.
  5. Fill the jar with the following sequence: layers of tomato - pepper and greens - marinade.
  6. Allow each layer to release juice for ten minutes.
  7. After filling the jar, put infused for about 4-5 hours. Shake periodically.
  8. Then put the jars of salad in a pot of water to be sterilized for 10-12 minutes from the moment the water boils.
