Ingredients:
1. Prepare all products for a meat grinder. Peel, wash and chop the potatoes with onions. Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the film (if any) and also cut it. If you have chicken parts, then cut the meat from the bones. Be sure to take fresh poultry, and better homemade.
2. Twist the chicken, potatoes and onions through a meat grinder with a medium wire rack. Grate the cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Add salt and black pepper to the products. Do not limit the addition of spices, you can put whatever you like the most. The more spices, the better and tastier the dish will turn out.
3. Stir foods and add one raw egg.

5. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet, because it is necessary to fry the cutlets exclusively in a well-heated frying pan with oil. With wet hands, so that the minced meat does not stick, form into oval or round patties. Place them in the skillet.
6. Fry the patties on one side over medium heat until golden brown. Then flip over to the other side, where bring them to readiness. Keep a close eye on the cooking time. The products should turn out to be juicy, while not raw, and in no case overcooked, otherwise the cutlets will become dry. If you wish, you can put the cutlets in a saucepan, pour in some water and simmer over low heat under the lid.

To prepare chicken cutlets with vegetables you will need:
450 g chicken fillet;
1 carrot;
1-2 onions;
200 g of white cabbage;
60 g pumpkin;
0.5 bell pepper (I have red);
3 tbsp. l. semolina;
a small bunch of parsley;
salt, pepper - to taste;
vegetable oil for frying onions and greasing the mold.
We clean the carrots and pumpkin. We cut pumpkin, carrots and cabbage not very large.
Fry finely chopped onion in oil. We pass chicken fillet, pumpkin, carrots, cabbage through a meat grinder (vegetables can also be chopped in a food processor). To the resulting minced meat, add fried onions, bell peppers, chopped into strips, semolina and finely chopped parsley. Salt the resulting mass, pepper and mix thoroughly.
We form cutlets and transfer them to a greased baking dish.
We put the chicken cutlets with vegetables in the oven and bake for 20-35 minutes in the oven preheated to a temperature of 200 degrees.
