  • purified water - 2 l;
  • potatoes - 6 tubers;

  • salt, spices, herbs - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Pour cold water over the wings and cook for 50 minutes. At the beginning of the process, it is imperative to remove the foam from the surface of the liquid. Top up boiling water if necessary.
  2. Remove the wings from the finished broth. Send grated carrots and potatoes randomly cut into small pieces into a saucepan.
  3. Add salt and seasonings.
  4. After 15 - 17 minutes add the vermicelli. Remove the meat from the wings and return to the soup.
  5. Cook the dish for another 10 to 12 minutes.

Boil chicken eggs until fully cooked. Cut them into slices and place them in portioned bowls of soup. Sprinkle the treat with chopped herbs on top.

Pork chops in a pan

Ingredients:

  • meat fillet - half a kilo;
  • wheat flour - 70 g;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • salt and pepper - pinch at a time;
  • spices for meat - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse and dry the pork (paper towels are handy for this).
  2. Cut the meat into equal large pieces. Slightly beat back. It is important not to overdo it, otherwise the treat will turn out to be dry.
  3. Pour flour onto a flat plate. Add spices and salt to it.
  4. Lightly beat the contents of the raw egg with a whisk / fork.
  5. Heat a large amount of oil in a cast iron skillet.
  6. First, immerse the meat blanks in an egg, and then roll in salted flour.
  7. Put the pork slices in the heated oil. Fry on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the finished dish to paper napkins so that there is not a lot of oil left on the chops. Serve with your favorite side dish.

Potato casserole in a slow cooker

Ingredients:

  • potatoes - 6 - 7 tubers;
  • onion - 2 heads;
  • minced meat - half a kilo;
  • eggs - 3 - 4 pcs.;
  • mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.;
  • flour - 3 dessert spoons;
  • spices, salt, dry herbs - to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion very finely and mix with the minced meat. Any meat will do. You can take a mixed one. For example, chicken and pork. Salt, add spices.
  2. Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices. Cover with cold water and leave while the rest of the ingredients are prepared.
  3. To pour, beat raw eggs with flour. Salt. Add spices and dry herbs.
  4. Put half of the soaked, additionally washed and dried potatoes in the bowl of the kitchen "helper".
  5. Cover the vegetable layer with minced meat on top.
  6. Lay out the remaining potatoes. Pour sauce over everything.

Cook such a hearty quick lunch in the baking mode for 50 - 55 minutes. If necessary, in the process, you can turn it over to the other side.

Whip up minced chicken cutlets

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast - half a kilo;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • onion - 1 pc.;
  • dill - 4 - 5 branches;
  • salt, vegetable oil.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the onion, chop it coarsely and send it to the blender bowl along with the pre-washed and dried chicken pieces.
  2. Kill the products until the minced meat is smooth. For the same purpose, you can use a meat grinder.
  3. To the resulting mass, send finely chopped dill, salt, the contents of a raw egg. Mix everything well.
  4. Divide the mass into 8 parts. Make a small cutlet from each.
  5. Fry the workpieces in heated vegetable fat until cooked through.

Serve hot with pickled purple onions and any garnish.

How to make lazy whites

Ingredients:

  • any minced meat (preferably with the addition of beef) - 300 g;
  • onions - 1 pc.;
  • kefir - 2 tbsp.;
  • soda (quicklime) - ½ tsp;
  • sugar and salt - ½ tsp each. (in the dough);
  • salt - to taste (in the filling)
  • flour - 300 - 350 g.

Preparation:

  1. Pour soda into kefir. Add all other dry ingredients from the recipe except flour.
  2. Mix everything well and leave in a bowl for 6 to 7 minutes.
  3. After that, add sifted flour a couple of times.
  4. Knead the dough (by consistency - like pancakes).
  5. Chop the raw onion very finely. Mix it with minced meat. Season to taste. You can also use your favorite seasonings.
  6. Send the filling into the finished dough. Mix all ingredients well.
  7. Heat any fat in a cast-iron skillet.
  8. Spoon the thick dough on it and bake like pancakes on both sides.
  9. Cook the whites until golden brown.

Put the resulting dish on a paper towel so that the latter absorbs excess fat. It is delicious to try such a treat both hot and cold.

Cream cheese soup

Ingredients:

  • raw potatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • carrots - 1 pc.;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • processed cheese (in rectangular cubes) - 100 - 130 g;
  • purified water - 2 - 2.5 liters;
  • oil - for frying;
  • salt and spices to taste;
  • boiled smoked sausage - 300 - 350 g.

Preparation:

  1. Peel the potatoes thoroughly, wash, cut into miniature pieces. Pour the vegetable over with water and send to cook for about 12 - 15 minutes.
  2. At this time, finely chop the remaining vegetables. Fry them in any fat until soft and ruddy.
  3. Be sure to remove the casing from the sausage. Otherwise, it will become coarse during the cooking process and negatively affect the taste of the finished dish. Cut the meat product into approximately equal cubes.
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces. Together with the sausage, send it to the potatoes. Boil the soup until the melted cheese is completely dissolved.
  5. Add frying, salt and selected spices.
  6. Cook the dish for another 7 to 8 minutes.

The ready-made soup is a great base for a delicious quick lunch. You can supplement it with homemade tortillas, wheat croutons / croutons, or fresh bread.

Julienne with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 300 - 350 g;
  • peeled champignons - 300 - 350 g;
  • onion - 1 head;
  • Mozzarella / Suluguni - 200 g;
  • flour - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • butter - 2 dessert spoons;
  • heavy cream - half a glass;
  • salt, ground paprika - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse the chicken under running water. Send it to cook until cooked. Cool directly in the resulting broth to make the meat especially juicy and soft.
  2. Cool the finished bird and cut into small cubes.
  3. Rinse the peeled mushrooms and dry on paper towels. Chop the prepared mushrooms into random pieces.
  4. Peel the onion. Cut into thin half rings.
  5. Grind the selected cheese (Mozzarella / Suluguni) using a coarse grater.
  6. Heat vegetable fat in a thick-walled skillet. Pour onion and salt on it. Fry the vegetable until soft and golden brown, stirring frequently.
  7. After that, pour the mushrooms and chicken pieces into the pan. Sprinkle everything with pepper. Add salt if necessary.
  8. Darken the base of the future dish for 6 - 7 minutes.
  9. Place the saucepan over medium heat. Pour the sifted flour into it. Fry it with constant stirring until golden brown.
  10. Add butter to the darkened flour. Continue frying until the fat is completely absorbed into the dry product.
  11. Pour in the cream. They definitely need to be slightly warmed up.
  12. Leave the mixture on fire for 1 minute, stirring the ingredients constantly. Beat the ingredients with a whisk.
  13. Turn on the oven in advance and heat up to 180 degrees.
  14. Divide the chicken-mushroom mixture into special baking tins.
  15. Pour the creamy sauce over the food. Cover everything with chopped cheese and paprika to taste.

Bake the dish in a hot oven at the above temperature until the cheese is melted and covered with a light brown crust. Serve julienne in portions.

A side dish for such a treat is optional.

Quick fried pasta

Ingredients:

  • any pasta - 150 - 200 g;
  • water - 350 - 400 ml;
  • salt - 3 pinches;
  • high-quality vegetable oil - 30 ml;
  • fresh herbs - ½ bunch.

Preparation:

  1. Warm up the cauldron well. Only then pour vegetable oil into it.
  2. Pour dry pasta into hot fat. Spirals are perfect for such a dish.
  3. Fry pasta with medium heat until lightly browned. It is important not to overexpose the product on fire, otherwise bitterness will appear in the finished dish. Enough 4 - 6 minutes with frequent stirring.
  4. When the pasta is golden brown and has absorbed about half of the fat from the pan, you can pour the amount of water indicated in the recipe. Be sure to use boiling water!
  5. As soon as the water in the pan boils, reduce the heating of the stove to minimum and cover the container with a lid.
  6. "Cook" pasta in such conditions for 10 - 12 minutes.
  7. During the specified period, the water should be completely absorbed into the spirals.
  8. If this does not happen, you can discard the pasta in a colander, and then return it back to the pan.
  9. Grind fresh herbs and add it to the ready-made dish.

Serve hot pasta in portions. They can become both a hearty side dish and a main (very budgetary!) Dish. It is delicious to fry such pasta right away with ham, sausage, sausages or boiled meat.

Canned fish cutlets

Ingredients:

  • any canned fish in oil (pink salmon, saury, sardine and others are suitable) - 250 - 270 g;
  • onions - 2 heads;
  • raw eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • boiled rice - 1.5 tbsp.;
  • dill - 5 g;
  • a mixture of peppers, lavrushka, salt - to taste.

Any kind of rice can be used for this recipe. The main thing is that it is sticky enough. Otherwise, the cutlets will fall apart a lot during the frying process. Even pre-cooked and frozen cereals are suitable for a recipe.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion very finely and fry in any fat until golden brown.
  2. Cool vegetable and mix with rice.
  3. Pour in finely chopped washed and dried fresh dill with the other ingredients.
  4. Pour the content of raw eggs into the mass.
  5. Drain the oil from the canned food. Remove even the smallest bones from the fish and knead it with a fork. Add to all other ingredients.
  6. From the resulting thick minced meat, form cutlets of the usual shape and size.
  7. First, fry them over high heat on each side, so that the pieces "grab".
  8. Then add 1/3 tbsp. water, put a bay leaf and cook for another 6 - 7 minutes until fully cooked.

From the specified amount of products, 10 - 12 large patties are obtained. If you supplement them with your favorite side dish, the hostess will have at her disposal a hearty, simple dinner for the whole large family.

Meat soufflé for children

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet - 50 - 80 g;
  • carrots - 50 g;
  • milk - 30 ml;
  • quail egg - 1 pc.;
  • semolina - 1 dessert spoon;
  • butter - 1 tsp;
  • fine salt to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Rinse fillets and cut into miniature pieces. Send it straight to the blender.
  2. Boil carrots, cool, chop finely. Pour into the chicken. Send a raw egg, milk, softened butter there.
  3. Kill the products until the minced meat is smooth. Salt to your liking.
  4. Transfer the resulting mass into a silicone mold of a suitable size.

    3. Peel all declared vegetables. Cut into small cubes. Grind carrots with a grater.
    4. Send both vegetables and mushrooms to the multicooker bowl. Add any fat for frying. Cook the ingredients for the soup for 20 - 25 minutes in the baking mode. Stir occasionally.
    5. Peel potatoes. Cut into miniature cubes.
    6. Rinse the barley thoroughly with running cold water. This cereal can be replaced with oatmeal if desired.
    7. Strain the water in which the mushrooms have been soaked. Pour it for frying in the kitchen assistant. Add another 2 liters of boiling water.
    8. Ingredients:

    • chicken fillet - 400 - 450 g;
    • flour - 4 - 5 dessert spoons;
    • sour cream / classic mayonnaise - 3 dessert spoons;
    • chicken spices and salt to taste;
    • hard / semi-hard cheese - 80 - 100 g;
    • raw egg - 1 pc .;
    • oil - for frying.

    Preparation:

    1. Rinse the chicken. Dry well. Cut into slices across the grain. The optimal thickness of each is about 1 cm.
    2. Beat off prepared slices slightly. Rub with salt and spices. Leave aside for about half an hour.
    3. Send sour cream / mayonnaise to a small shallow bowl. Salt. Stir in the egg. Add flour. Mix everything well.
    4. Pour grated cheese into the resulting dough.
    5. Preheat a skillet with oil.
    6. Next, you need to dip each piece of meat in the resulting cheese mass and fry until golden brown and cooked on each side.

    Serve the resulting treat with cheese sauce or sweet ketchup. Any side dishes and especially their variants with gravies go well with ready-made chops.
