  • cinnamon

For each serving, take a wide glass. Grind rice cakes and place in each glass at the bottom.

Sprinkle the contents of the glasses with powdered sugar on top. The amount of this ingredient depends on your taste.

Put a cherry in each glass (pre-thaw it). For all servings, use exactly half of the total volume. Divide large berries into halves. Sprinkle a little cinnamon into each serving.

Pour the contents of the glasses with whipped cream. Grate the chocolate (black or milk) finely and put a handful of the resulting crumb into each glass. As a result, the glass should be half filled.

Then repeat it all over again: some rice cakes, powdered, cherries, cinnamon, whipped cream and chocolate. A few even and beautiful cherries can be left to decorate this dessert.

Divide a small bar of chocolate into cubes and stick a piece into each glass. You can also use confectionery sprinkles as decoration.

Recipe 7: No Bake Dessert - Chocolate Bananas (Step by Step Photos)

If desired, such bananas in chocolate can be served simply chilled, but if you wait until completely frozen, then you will get very tasty ice cream!

  • Bananas - 3 pcs. (large size)
  • Dark chocolate - 100 g
  • Butter - 30 g
  • Confectionery topping - 10 g
  • Coconut flakes - 10 g

Peel bananas and cut into 2 pieces. If you suddenly couldn’t find larger bananas, then take small ones and use them whole. Also, large bananas can be cut not into two parts, but into balls, in this form it will be very convenient to eat bananas in chocolate even for very small sweet teeth.

We take long skewers for skewers and cut them with scissors into two parts. Sliced bananas on skewers. By the way, if you have the opportunity to buy special wooden popsicle sticks, then be sure to buy them, since bananas sit much more comfortably on such wide sticks, but in the absence of them, ordinary wooden skewers will do.

We put the obtained “popsicles” from bananas on a freezing tray and send them to the freezer for 5 minutes. We need them to cool slightly on top. It is not necessary to completely freeze them at this stage.

While the bananas are cooling, prepare the frosting. Chocolate (I took black 56%, but you can take a mixture of dark and milk or only milk, be guided by the sweetness of bananas and to your taste) break into small pieces and combine with butter.

Melt the chocolate in a steam bath or in the microwave until a smooth glaze is obtained. Whatever method you choose (bath or microwave), the main thing is not to overheat the chocolate, otherwise it will curl up and turn into a lumpy mass. Therefore, stir the chocolate as often as possible and check its consistency.

Pour the resulting glaze into a tall narrow glass (I have a glass for making yogurt). If there is no suitable container, then we simply skip this step.

Now we take out the chilled bananas and quickly dip them one by one into the icing (we don’t keep the bananas in the icing for a long time, because then the chocolate layer will be very thick).

If you have not found a suitable glass for icing, then simply apply the chocolate with a spoon or brush, or completely roll the bananas in melted chocolate.

Next, we take out the bananas from the glaze and quickly (chocolate quickly sets on cold bananas) sprinkle them with all kinds of sprinkles, or you can just roll them in. In general, here you can safely connect your imagination and decorate bananas the way you want.

That's all! Our frozen bananas in chocolate are ready.

Recipe 8, Easy: Strawberries with Cream, No-Bake Dessert

  • Strawberries - 300 g
  • Heavy cream - 150 ml
  • Sugar - 2-3 tablespoons

For 5 small bowls, we need about 300 gr. strawberries, half (150 ml) cream with a fat content above 30% and 2-3 tbsp. Sahara.

Grind the strawberries washed and peeled from the sepals with sugar into a homogeneous puree using any suitable device.

When pouring sugar in a thin stream, whip the cream as steeply as possible, until a very dense, stable foam is formed.

Adding one to the other in small portions, mix thoroughly until a homogeneous foam is obtained.

Pour strawberry-creamy foam into bowls (preferably transparent ones). Consistency, I think, is clearly visible in drops? The number of servings depends on the volume of containers you have available. Place the strawberries and cream in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

If you hold strawberries with cream according to this recipe in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, you can get a very beautiful effect - stratification and the appearance of a darker in tone and translucent juice on the bottom. The taste there, in general, does not change, it's just for beauty, the dessert will be ready for use after the first hour. It can be decorated with whipped cream roses and mint or lemon balm leaves.

Recipe 9: Curd Mousse with Berry Sauce (with photo step by step)

For mousse:

  • cottage cheese - 400 gr
  • butter - 75 gr (you can not add)
  • sour cream - 100 gr
  • sugar - powder - 100 gr (for losing weight, you can replace it with a natural sweetener, for example, stevia)

For the berry sauce:

  • berries - to choose from - 100 gr
  • sugar - powder - 30 gr

Filler to choose from:

  • nuts - a handful
  • flax seeds - a handful
  • berries - strawberries or blueberries
  • fruits - banana and peach
  • cocoa - for chocolate-curd mousse - 2 tbsp

Fruit curd is incredibly quick and easy to make. We take homemade cottage cheese (this is important, such cottage cheese is much tastier, healthier and not so crumbly, which, in this case, is good!)

Add sour cream or cream to homemade cottage cheese and grate the butter.

We fill everything with powdered sugar or natural sweeteners of your choice and take out a blender.

Cottage cheese mousse in a blender is prepared in a minute, I personally use a submersible, much less dirty dishes in the end. We start the submersible blender in a bowl and grind everything very well until completely homogeneous.

Depending on how much sour cream or cream you put in, the consistency of the curd cream will change from more liquid to more solid.

It's time to add toppings. The first thing to put in is nuts. We put them in some kind of bag and hit them, for example, with the bottom of a glass.

Pour into dessert from cottage cheese with fruit or mix cottage cheese mousse. If you want to get chocolate mousse, add here the cocoa, brewed in a glass of hot water, after cooling.

Berry sauce for serving. Seasoned berries are perfect, but frozen berries will do just fine. Pour them into a grinder, sprinkle with powdered sugar and grind well.

Now we take ordinary glasses and begin to lay out the beauty. You can put the whole curd cream mousse at once, and then pour over the berry sauce, or you can make it a little prettier. We put a couple of tablespoons of a delicious dessert of cottage cheese and nuts.

Spread a couple more tablespoons of berry sauce on top, and then curd mousse again.

Drizzle with another spoonful of berry sauce.

And sprinkle with chopped nuts.

Recipe 10: "Mochi" - Japanese dessert without baking (with photo)

Mochi is made by hand. The process is quite difficult, but if you use special rice flour, everything will become much easier, and mochi can be prepared independently. For mochi, a lot of fillings are used - sweet pastes made from red beans, peanuts, sesame, chestnut. The Japanese, along with the classic ones, offer fillings with the most common flavors - cherries, peaches, strawberries. The finished dish is frozen and thawed before eating, served cool. Yield: 10-12 pieces.

  • Rice flour - 50 gr
  • water - 150 mg
  • sugar - 100 gr
  • cream 35% - 75 mg
  • black chocolate - 100 gr
  • cornstarch - 100 gr

I start cooking with the filling: I pour the cream into a bowl and put it on fire. When the cream starts to boil, I add pieces of chocolate to them. I mix until smooth. I set aside until the chocolate has cooled, then put it in the freezer (the mass must keep its shape).

Next: pour water, sugar and rice flour into a saucepan, mix and put on fire. the mass will soon begin to solidify, I raise the saucepan above the flame and stir intensively, as a result, a snow-white, compacted mass will come out.

Now I pour starch on the table and pour the mass on it. I let it cool down and before sculpting I still sprinkle it with starch on top (starch is allowed to be poured in excess, all excesses are shaken off perfectly).

Then I work with my hands, cut off a piece from the mass with a knife and form circles about 3 mm wide with my fingertips. I take the filling and put it in the middle. I lift the edges and pinch them over, carefully take them in my hands and roll them up until the place of gluing is smoothed out.

I spread the resulting balls on parchment or a plate sprinkled with starch. Japanese rice flour dessert is ready. Bon Appetit.

Delicate curd soufflé, very similar to ice cream, with a layer of berries combined with a crispy base.

Ingredients:

  • 10 g of gelatin;
  • 50 ml of water;
  • 100 g dark chocolate;
  • 70 g butter;
  • 100 g corn flakes;
  • 200 g of cottage cheese;
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar;
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla sugar;
  • 100 ml of milk;
  • 100 g of white chocolate;
  • 200 ml of heavy cream;
  • 200 g strawberries.

Cooking

Soak the gelatin. Fill it with water and leave to swell for the time indicated on the package.

Melt dark chocolate with butter in a water bath or microwave. Pour over the flakes with liquid chocolate and stir. This will be the base of the cake.

Line a cutting board with parchment. Place a springform pan on it. Line the inside of the sides with parchment paper as well. To make it stick better, grease the sides with vegetable oil.

Put the flakes in the form, level and lightly tamp. It is convenient to do this with a potato masher. Remove for half an hour in the refrigerator.

Beat the cottage cheese with regular and vanilla sugar with a blender. Bring the milk to a boil and add the swollen gelatin to it. Mix thoroughly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Combine milk with cottage cheese, mix. Then add melted white chocolate, mix again.

Whip the chilled cream and, when the curd-chocolate mass has cooled to room temperature, combine them.

Pour half of the mousse into the mold on the base, put in the freezer for 10 minutes. Put a layer of strawberries cut into slices (you can use any berries and fruits to your taste) and pour the second half of the mousse. Send to the refrigerator for two to three hours.

Peel off the parchment from the bottom and remove the cake from the ring. If using a pastry ring, rub it a little. It will heat up and “release” the cake easily.

Thanks to the gentle custard and bananas, the cookies are completely soaked and become like a biscuit.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of sugar;
  • 10 g vanilla sugar;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 50 g flour;
  • 600 ml of milk;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 500 g of chocolate cookies;
  • 3-4 large bananas;
  • ½ bar of dark chocolate;
  • 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil.

When the mass turns white, gently, stirring constantly, pour in the flour. Heat but do not boil the milk. Whisking constantly, pour it into the egg mixture.

Pour the egg-milk mass into a saucepan and cook over low heat until it thickens. The cream must be constantly stirred. Remove from heat, add butter, stir.

Take a mold with sides and fill its bottom with cooled cream. Put a layer of cookies on it. If the shape is round and the cookies are square, break them apart. After impregnation it will be imperceptible.

Cover the cookies with a layer of cream, and then with a layer of bananas cut into thin slices. Repeat until you reach the edge of the shape. The last layer should be creamy.

Prepare the glaze: break the chocolate bar into slices, add a couple of tablespoons of milk and a spoonful of sunflower oil. Melt in the microwave or over a water bath.
