While the rice is cooking, cut the chicken into cubes.

Then put it in a preheated non-stick skillet (or add a little oil). We fry the meat until golden brown for 25-30 minutes, until all the moisture has evaporated. Stir the pieces periodically so that the meat does not burn.

Wasting no time, let's get busy with vegetables. Chop the onion, garlic, carrots and tomatoes into small cubes.

First in a preheated skillet, greased sunflower oil, fry the onion until golden brown (3-5 minutes).

Then add the carrots to the onion, fry for another 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes and garlic to vegetables, fry for 5 minutes.

Add boiled rice, fried chicken fillet to the pan to vegetables, canned corn, peas (you can also use canned ones), salt and spices.

Mix all the ingredients and simmer over low heat under a lid for another 10-15 minutes (until the peas are ready).
