There are many ways to cook fresh champignons. However, today I would like to make a very simple dish on the one hand, and unusual and, of course, very tasty on the other. What to do for this? Let's cook mushrooms in soy sauce. The lunch will be amazing!

Ingredients:

  • 495 grams of champignons;
  • 101 grams of soy sauce;
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • water for boiled mushrooms;
  • laurel / salt / peppercorns for cooking;
  • a tablespoon of oil;
  • greens for serving;
  • a spoonful of lemon juice.

Step by step recipe for champignons in soy sauce

View half a kilogram of champignons, cutting off knives and damaged areas. Then wash the mushrooms. Place in a deep saucepan.

Pour purified water inside. Salt. Introduce a dozen peppercorns and a couple of bay leaves.

Place mushrooms on medium heat. Cook the basis of our snack for a quarter of an hour after boiling.

After turning off the burner, throw the mushrooms into a colander. Laurel and pepper to choose and discard.

Ingredients:

  • 445 grams of champignons;
  • 85 grams of soy sauce;
  • a slice of lemon;
  • optional salt;
  • spoon (for frying) oil;
  • ground pepper / dried dill.

How to quickly cook champignons in soy sauce

Clean all mushrooms. Cut off the legs. Rinse and lay out on a large towel to dry.

In parallel, turn on the burner on medium heat. Put a wide frying pan with a thick bottom. Pour in a spoonful of vegetable oil.

After a few moments, pour the mushrooms cut into four parts onto a calcined surface.

How to cook

Wash the onion without the husk. Immediately cut into relatively thin half-rings in thickness.

  • Soy sauce - 120 ml;
  • Mustard (French or Bavarian) - 2-3 tablespoons;

Paprika powder, ground ginger, granulated garlic and sugar to taste.

Cooking:
