Oat pancakes with banana

  • vanilla sugar - 1 tsp l .;
  • baking powder - 1 tsp. l .;
  • milk - 150 gr;
  • a bar of milk or dark chocolate without additives;
  • banana;
  • egg;
  • lemon.
  • Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add dry foods to it and mix.

    Rinse the lemon thoroughly and wash the zest from it, pour it into the flour mixture.

    Beat the egg and salt separately until the mixture begins to foam. Mix with milk and pour into the flour mass, stir well - you get a thick dough.

    Peel and cut the banana into slices. Break the chocolate into small pieces.

    Preheat a pancake pan. Pour a couple of tablespoons of dough into the center, put 2-3 pieces of fruit and chocolate on top, fill with another spoonful of dough. Turn over to the other side when holes form on top of the pancake - this means that the dough has set. Otherwise, together with batter the filling will fall out. When serving, you can sprinkle with liquid honey.
