We rinse the chicken thoroughly. I already wrote that before cooking, I soak the chicken for about an hour in cold water changing the water periodically. But if you are cooking poultry, you can skip this step.

Cooking the marinade. To do this, in a deep bowl, mix: soy sauce, butter, honey and 4-5 cloves of garlic, passed through a garlic press.

We coat the chicken with marinade, put a few cloves of garlic in the belly and put it in the refrigerator for 2-8 hours.

Rub the chicken with salt half an hour before cooking. If you put the salt directly into the marinade, juice will come out and ultimately the chicken will be dry.

How to bake whole chicken in a slow cooker. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. We put the chicken belly down. We turn on the "Baking" mode -30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, open the multicooker bowl, turn the chicken over, close the lid and cook for another 30 minutes. (If you are in doubt about the readiness, you can, after this time, leave the chicken on the "heating" mode for another 20 minutes).
