Peel the garlic. Divide each clove into several parts. Or run it through the press.

Grind carrots, onions and garlic with a blender. It is not necessary to turn into mashed potatoes. Let it be not quite uniform. If you initially preferred finely chopped, just mix the vegetables.

Chop clean greens into small pieces. You can use parsley with garlic. Or add a Mediterranean touch to your dish with basil. And if you like cilantro, then it will go.

Combine minced meat with chopped vegetables. Beat in a chicken egg. Add rice grits. Raw rice is added to minced meat hedgehogs. But you can bring it to half-readiness. It won't hurt the dish. Season with salt and pepper. Don't forget about greenery.
