  • Diuretics during pregnancy

The problem of edema of various origins is very common among the population. Unfortunately, the absence of obvious edema visible to the eye on one or another part of the body is not a guarantee that they are not there - there are so-called latent edema, the danger of which is very high.

Edema in itself is not a separate pathology, but is part of a symptom complex characteristic of a particular disease or condition, of which there are many. Just as there are many causes of edema, there are many remedies and methods for dealing with them. And so a huge list of synthetic diuretics is replenished daily.

The purpose of this group of drugs is clear already from the name - they contribute to the elimination of excessively accumulated or retained fluid from the body through the urinary system. But not all are adherents of the official drugs.

An alternative to chemical medicines is offered by traditional medicine, a diuretic created by nature itself and tested for many generations, is an effective, safe and non-addictive way to rid your body of excess fluid.

When are diuretics indicated?

Diuretics are indicated for many conditions and diseases:

  • Cardiovascular pathology
  • Varicose veins
  • Hypertension
  • Diseases of the urinary organs
  • Liver disease
  • Pregnancy
  • Allergy
  • Puffiness tendency
  • Errors in a diet with a predominance of spicy and salty foods
  • Overweight

If the use of diuretics is associated with a specific disease, a person is often doomed to a lifelong struggle with excess fluid accumulated in the body. Folk diuretics for hypertension are able to keep this dangerous disease under control and prevent critical surges in blood pressure.

In a condition such as pregnancy, puffiness threatens with serious health problems. Well, the fight against excess weight is simply impossible without diuretic therapy, be it medicinal or folk, since excess fluid is extra pounds on our body.

It should also be remembered that many plants are allergenic and can cause corresponding reactions in humans. Therefore, when using a new folk method for the first time, the recommended dose should be reduced several times and the body's reaction should be monitored for 6 hours. With the development of an allergic or any other pathological reaction, the composition should be discontinued.

  • Replenish your magnesium and potassium deficiencies

Even taking into account the fact that folk diuretics for edema, during pregnancy, do not have an aggressive effect on the body, unlike drugs, they are also able to remove useful salts from the body, such as magnesium and potassium. To replenish their deficiency, oatmeal, raisins or grapes, rose hips, apricots or dried apricots, as well as rice, bananas should be added to the diet.

It is best to combine traditional methods with proper nutrition for the prevention of edema, for this you need to consult with doctors - a nutritionist, phytotherapist, who can help in adjusting the diet, replenishing the deficiency of mineral salts in the heat without foods saturated with salt.

Jam from green tomatoes- a real exotic, and it is not brewed so often. It's a pity! The jam has peculiar taste and a very beautiful color. Of course, you have to tinker with it, but the result is worth it.

I made green tomato jam according to 2 recipes. For the first - classic, only fully formed green tomatoes are suitable. Small and dark green fruits will add bitterness and spoil the canned food.

First, it is imperative to remove the seeds and, preferably, the juice. It also tastes slightly bitter. Therefore, the slices are blanched, at the same time slightly softening them. To improve the taste, vanilla sugar and citric acid are added, which can be easily replaced. lemon juice and zest. Unusual but delicious! Food lovers will appreciate it!
