From a sharp temperature drop, the film comes off almost by itself, we get rid of it and wash the already peeled carcasses.


Now you need to remove the spine, which is located inside the carcass itself. To do this, we probe inside with our fingers and if we find there something that resembles cartilage, we remove it.


The method I proposed will be without cooking, and in total, fill the whole thing with the top of the carcass only with boiling water and keep them like that for one minute.

  • garlic - 1 clove

Cooking method:

Cut the onion into small pieces, put it in a cup and pour in two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and the same amount of boiled water. Leave at room temperature for 15-20 minutes.
