Season with salt, pepper, or other spices to taste. The dough should be liquid, and you can increase it in volume by adding a little mineral water.

The onion is cut into circles, an average of four millimeters thick, and disassembled into separate rings. Dip each part in batter and put in a pan with well-heated oil. Fry on both sides, then lay out on a towel, as is the case with the potato version. Finished chips should have a nice golden color. From meat
At first glance, this recipe will seem complicated, but only in time. Be patient, and the process itself will give you pleasure. Cut the meat into slices two millimeters thick and in sizes of your choice. Beat off each piece as thin as possible. Next, make the marinade. Crush a few cloves of garlic, add 3 tbsp. l. sugar, a little soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l. vinegar, parsley and any spices. Pour the meat with the resulting marinade and refrigerate for five hours. Heat the oven to one hundred degrees (minimum mode). We spread the pieces of meat on a baking sheet covered with food foil and set off to bake. It will take thirty to forty minutes until all the moisture has evaporated.

The proposed recipes are the most popular, but inventive housewives have gone further. Especially those who like to crunch diet food. Chips are prepared at home from any vegetables: zucchini, carrots, blue ones, moreover, without the use of oil. The technology is similar to cooking in the microwave, and the holding time is about ten minutes. Sprinkle the finished multi-colored chips with dill, garlic, parsley, mixed with fine salt. Every two or three months I have a desire to eat something harmful and salty. And since breadcrumbs or nuts can also break your teeth, and seeds can cause irritation on the face, I choose chips. The best option for today in terms of price-quality ratio, I consider the chips of own trade mark ATB "Svoya Liniya".

Six months ago, these were the usual chips from the "Pirate" series of snacks - they included chips, corn sticks, seeds, nuts, and croutons. Now this trade mark, and many others too, have been removed, replacing it with "Svoya Liniya". The packaging still remains recognizable.

In six months, I ate only 2 packs of chips, and both were of this brand and just with salt. The first time I became interested when I saw a new pack, and the second time I bought them deliberately. The fact is that the composition of these chips is relatively harmless - there are no unnecessary flavors, sodium glutomate and other things. However, palm oil is present.

Palm oil is very cheap and harmful, it raises blood cholesterol levels. Although there has been a lot of research on this topic and the conclusions are different - for example, some scientists believe that such oil increases the level of "good" cholesterol, but most come to the conclusion that the constant use of such oil increases the risk of heart disease. But it continues to be used because it is cheap and prolongs the shelf life of the product. These chips, for example, can be stored for as long as 9 months.

Can ordinary potatoes fried in sunflower oil last so much? Unlikely.

Actually, that's why I eat them very rarely. Once every 2-3 months, or even less often.

These chips are an order of magnitude cheaper than similar packages of chips Lux, Lays, etc. This pack contains 130 grams, I have not seen a 70-gram package with this taste. They cost 10.6 hryvnia and are sold only at ATB.

Chips occupy a smaller part of the package, as in more expensive counterparts. The size is different - and very small slices, and just huge, which can be eaten in 2-3 bites.

They taste like refried potatoes with salt. There is a little more salt than required. After the chips, I really want to drink. If there is in the company, then the pack will be enough for three. One I stretch the pleasure for two days. They are also great for use in salads. The same sunflower salad will be much more pleasant to eat if the chips do not overwhelm everything with their smell and taste.

So, on the one hand, I cannot recommend the product because of its harmfulness. However, the manufacturer honestly points out that the chips are made with palm oil. If you look at the packaging of the more expensive Lux chips, then it says "vegetable oil (palm olein)", and on Lays chips they were completely limited to vegetable oil without decoding. Maybe someone will think that vegetable oil and sunflower oil- This is the same. That is, all chips are made in palm oil, even the mega-expensive Pringles! Therefore, they are all insanely harmful. At the same time, this product has good taste, less muck and a great price.

So what to eat or not to eat is up to you. But I will still make a recommendation.
