  • cover the pan with a clean dry towel, put the pan lid on a towel, how the evaporated moisture will be absorbed by the towel cloth and not condense on the lid, flowing down into the pan
  • leave the dish to rest in the pan and allow the rice to fully cook, about 10-15 minutes, you can additionally cover the pan with another towel
